THE WORK CONTINUES

This was the first time I had been to the church work site since we returned to Rhode Island this time. It is amazing how things are progressing daily. The Lord has given remarkable weather this winter and the work has gone far beyond what would be expected for this New England area. God has blessed with such wonderful people who are willing to work whenever they can to help the work move forward. Only eternity will reveal the selflessness of this congregation, and we count it a privilege to work alongside them. Pastor Bill, Mrs. Christy and their children have lived the example among them and it shows.

Here is a picture story of what has taken place in our absence and the remaining work to be done...

Laying stones for the exterior is a tedious and time-consuming job.

This is the interior of the auditorium. Tommy seems to be taking a break!

Lunch time for a hungry crew.

This is the foyer, looking toward the auditorium. Rest rooms are on the right and nursery is on the left. The right hallway leads to a large social hall and the left hall leads to the Sunday School classes and offices.

Main front entrance.

Right parking lot.

Doorway to social hall.

Front canopy and entry.

Another shot of the social hall side of the building.

Sunday School class wing

The stone is beautiful and so fitting for the area
