BISMARCKS

After a precious time at church, we got ready for a cookout at Mr.Warner's house. He had told Christy that he was going to have a special dessert for us and we would not need to bring one. He prepared chicken leg quarters on the grill--excellent. Corn on the cob on the grill--yummy. Tossed salad with fresh from-the-garden lettuce and spinach--great. Potato salad--pretty good. Bismarcks--Oh My! These pastries have not made their way to Virginia, as far as I know, but they should. They are a light long donut with a layer of raspberry and filled with a light, creamy filling--indescribable. Can't beat the fellowship or food. Thanks Mr. Warner.
